How to Ask For Help
Quick, think of the last time you really needed help with something, whether it was at work or in your personal life. How quick were you to ask for the help you needed? If you didn’t immediately jump up and do it, what stood in your way?
Seeking help is a sign of strength and not weakness. It takes courage to acknowledge our limitations and vulnerabilities and ask for support when we need it.
