0:39 Wadzi: Hi, Spiwe A just want to say a very big congratulations on your upcoming 100th episode on your series of mindfulness in five minutes. I've really enjoyed this series that you have produced. For myself, it has most certainly helped me to become more mindful, to be more in the moment, and to enjoy the people around me and the environment around me. I take time to look at the change of the colors of the leaves on the trees, especially now that we are in fall, I take the time to look at the birds that may be perched up on the fence at the back of the house. And I take time just to listen, to listen to nature. And I find that to actually be very relaxing. We don't always have to be listening to music. We do not always have to be watching TV. We do not always have to be plugged in. And I find that being one with nature has certainly helped me to become more mindful. Congratulations again.
02:05 Joe: Spiwe, I would just like to say that as a Harvard law graduate and a former Hindu monk, I'd like to congratulate you for focusing for 100 episodes on mindfulness. That is amazing. And I want to really congratulate you for getting that word out. I do meditation every day and several times a day. And I really feel like mindfulness is very important practice for any business professional or for a person in general. And I just want to thank you for your part in promoting the practice. 02:54 Jamie: Mindfulness has taught me to appreciate my surroundings and the things that I'm honored with. It's taught me to slow down from time to time and think about the simpler things in life - focus on what is within my grasp, what I can fix today, what I can fix in the now as opposed to worrying about what is coming, what I will have to fix in the future. Mindfulness helps me relax, find peace within myself and calm down. Um, It's taught me that there's no point in worrying about the future, and what could happen. You have to stay in the now and reflect on your past in order to improve and inform your future. And that's a feat that you can't accomplish if you're constantly stuck in the past or constantly stuck in the future. You have to use a little bit of both to guide your understanding.
