  • Stress relief: It's hard to be stressed when you're laughing. Decrease your stress response and blood pressure, and increase your sense of relaxation with a good guffaw.
  • Organ Stimulation: Greater intake of oxygen-rich air increases the release of endorphins and stimulates your muscles, lungs, and heart.
  • Improve immunity: Long term, dwelling on positive thoughts can release neuropeptides that help battle stress and can boost immunity.
  • Pain Relief: laughter can prompt the body to release its own natural painkillers.
