We are trying to find calm amidst workplace stress, and we'll explore a mindfulness practice to help you navigate entrepreneurial uncertainty with greater ease and resilience. If it's safe for you to do so, close your eyes and take a deep breath and exhale.

Bring to mind a current area of uncertainty in your entrepreneurial journey. Notice any feelings of fear, doubt or anxiety that arise. Now imagine yourself as a curious, intrepid explorer, approaching this uncertainty with openness and a sense of adventure. Silently repeat I embrace uncertainty. I trust my entrepreneurial journey. Certainty, I trust my entrepreneurial journey. And, by the way, you can apply this entrepreneurial spirit to whatever job you are in, including your day job, because, at the end of the day, every company is looking for people who are self starters, who are entrepreneurial in their thinking, who are proactive problem solvers, and these are some of the qualities that are the hallmarks of people who have an entrepreneurial mindset.
